
I get it, it’s hard to take the time out of our busy lives to schedule a doctor’s appointment when you overall feel ok. It’s easy to not make it a priority and put it off until next year. However, I’m here to say YOU ARE A PRIORITY. And a huge part of making you the best you that you can be is optimizing your health. Routine lab work allows us to find areas that might need a little bit of work to keep you healthy and prevent chronic disease. Prevention is key to staying healthy! •
It also gives us a baseline so that if things do go wrong, we know where you were when you were feeling your best. This is helpful because there is a big difference between normal and optimal on test results. You can still be in a “normal” range but it might not be “optimal” for you to feel your best and prevent disease. •
